After the Town Hall it’s clear that there is something coming that they are not telling us. - the key is to start looking for another job.
In the meantime, continue to do the job you are paid to do but no more.
Work core hours only. I.e start at 9 finish at 5. If someone books a meeting outside of those hours decline.
If you are still in a meeting when your end of day comes then jump off the meeting.
If you are asked to do overtime decline.
Take a 1 hour lunch break every day - if someone books a meeting over that time then decline it.
If you are asked to do a role higher than your band - decline
If you are asked to do a role beneath your band - decline
If you are asked to cover someone on top of your current role - decline
Do training in work hours - ask your manager for an overhead code and use it
