Funny that and those cozy govt jobs. Bur health care jobs? Those same ones we are constantly hearing about that'll be cut?

When the government Posts job increases in their report….. they are open positions, not filled jobs
They are mostly medicaid admin type roles and gov provided clinical roles in urban areas. Still mostly gov funded. They are being propped up by debt just like everything else
