It’s amazing how 5,000 people were laid off and no one really noticed. The company kept humming like nothing happened. Crazy.

From a customer point of view my experience is the network is getting worse. There are holes in coverage that did not exist a couple years ago.
No one noticed?
So you speak for every other person.
Id--t.
It will do even better when they cut you.
If you think that, you aren't paying attention.
Closer to 7K last year.
Metro, call center reductions, and miscellaneous office closures.
lol if you think this company won’t bend over backwards to protect its incompetent leaders
Can't wait to see how the 4Q numbers get massaged to BS the tech media.
No one noticed every engineer now is from the same village? No one noticed the absolute a-s kissing to stay in the country? Og poster is a bootlicker hoping to keep his h1b ...but don't worry my sweater will still be something you clowns buy in the company store...
Next round will see leaders fall - accountability is a bi--h, ya know? Many on the leadership team need to be held to account - though what will they care? They can depart with their millions…
My team is now dealing with broken processes, systems, knowledge, missing teams and everything we have been doing is slowly grinding to a halt - we are seeing it already in the reporting from December. We had a so-so Q4 because of the work that those who were impacted did in Q2 and Q3. 2024 is going to be rough…
All the boot lickers kept their jobs. Those who actually did work building the network were laid off. When they cut the next 10000 (in order to get back to the 50,000 number of employees T-Mobile had prior to the merger), you'll really see things fail, as the bootlickers can't find their arses with their hands.
Nobody noticed because it was the people not doing any real work who got canned. Simple as that. And frankly there is more to come as the next round of slackers and posers to get the boot is coming up soon. Word.
Oh people noticed. Sales Operations is an utter mess, I can tell you that conclusively. Legal obligations aren't being met. It's all going to hit the fan this year. Major lawsuits.
