Mary Finch - No one knows what or who DXC are are, the expensive non existent Marketing has failed. Staff morale is at a low, the HR functions are useless and have have also failed, all compensation is paid to the people at the top only.

Don’t blame Mary Finch for. her high salary and what she does or doesn’t do. She in orders from above. blame the board as they haven’t gotten rid of her on day after Mike Salvino was fired
Whilst you have Mary Finch-Salvino at the top, this company is going nowhere.
She needs to go like yesterday. $5 million saving, get proper HR and Marketing people for 1/5 of the price to take this forward.
Mike legacys past its are all paid dodgy amounts of extortion $$$$$$$$$$$ for delivering nothing.
New folks at all levels of management required.

Looks like Raul is just here for a couple of quarters to over see and keep things ticking.
Nothing has changed there will be no growth, and no pay raises, as usual this time next year we may think about it, the same spell every year for 4 years, in the meantime Marys line is we are on millions and we keep milking it, you lot are getting 0 even if you keep asking.
Mary No 1 milker, $5million for doing nothing, she was smiling at the workers, going bald with dyed hair. She can keep taking her money if they don't meet the targets but employees can't have anything.
Shame it's going worse than Sallyvino.

They should ask each manager to produce a growth plan for thier area within the next 10 days, and start to implement it within 30 to 60 days.
If they can't do that then they should be shown the door, the cut strategy hasn't worked and that can be seen in the massive decline in turnover.
The message should be oud and clear, after 4 years of cutting We're now in GROWTH phase, we need managers who can grow this company, 3rd rate hangers on are of no use.
That's why Raul and a new CEO have been put in place, to grow the company.
DXC gets rid dross... you lot moaning wringing are clearly low life losers..most probably taken into dxc employment as part of a deal.

I, for one, think the HR/Marketing problems are because we're not paying her enough money.
I mean what do you expect for a measly $5 million per year? We need to at least double that to get someone who can send more than 2 emails per year.
