USAA's latest commercial is two almond mom's in the back yard with one of them squawking, "Hey girl! I'm eligible for USAA products through my incredibly tenuous connection to the military, like, this random dead guy in my family, tee hee!" No mention of the quality of the products and services, probably because they know the FTC is watching. That's like bragging you are eligible to buy sushi at the gas station! Pitiful to witness the death throes of a once great company. What happens when the mobile deposit patent runs out in January 2027 (three years from now) - will USAA have ANYTHING left?
Plaintiffs allege that USAA's practice of separating policyholders between GIC and United Services 'discriminates against enlisted military personnel and enlisted veterans by consigning them to its substandard insurance company,' the ruling noted.
I can’t wait to see the lay out on this one. My gut is telling me there will be a lot of payouts, and when that happens they will be setting more of us loose. Just a guess, but it would surprise me.
Where do we find out about all of the USAA class action lawsuits?
Where's the comment about Muppets on the EC? Are the EC personally installing the Italian marble? It's expensive! It cost about 800 laid-off employees last year.
Nice touch that they added a dig about the amount of TV advertising.
