Dont have feeling one way or other — outsourcing not just payroll but all HR functions seems be popular. And with epic fail TG expect if can buy idiiots more time to cut costs and hide complete failure to secure any increase market share will/has happened.
Just = horrible service and worse benefits for all employees who dare to actually try and USE a benefit youre told you “have.”
They made their choices on who they selected to stay and outsource. Sad for us employees still here.

On some of the department RIF's and transfers to vendors the HR representative overseeing the announcements were people from India so I believe they have a pretty big footprint in HR now.
