How will AI affect the Target workforce and management? And how will these transitions occur?

Well AI is more efficient, it will start on time, won't have to go out and buy coffee every morning, it won't leave the job for an hour every morning and afternoon dropping kids off.
Let's face it, the target wfh people are lazy and unproductive and it is catching up. It is incredibly horrible what they get away with. Corporate, I hope you are reading this!
If my job involves following Salesforce steps or reading specific scripts when taking calls, I am looking for a new job. And this is not Target specific
Anything offshored to TII could probably eventually get replaced with AI.
And Harvard says that everyone must adopt a "digital mindset."
