I keep reading about coming layoffs due to the reduction in package volume but that couldn't be further from the truth at my location. In fact, if they decide to cut people we'll be having major issues keeping up with workload. We are having issues right now! I think the leadership is just looking for an excuse to justify layoffs, whether it's true or not.

should have paid attention to rumors. Jan. 30 2024 they announced 12,000 layoffs and poor volume as compared to expected volume. be awake the next time.
