This system does not work.keep quiet if you want a paycheck.
There’s an ‘anonymous’ portal to check the status. Agreed with the other posters - too easy to track down and don’t bother with this unless it’s serious enough to want to lawyer up.
I know this isn't GLINT, but retaliation from line managers was a very real threat -- they can see ostensibly-anonymous responses and then add two and two. If you ever see anything "free" set up to ostensibly help you, you should be thinking to yourself: "What's the scam angle?"
This is just another obvious trap for young players.
I would also avoid the free third-party counselling service, exit interviews -- or having anything to do with HR unless absolutely necessary.
For LSEG I would not trust this. Employees are retaliated against for comments on GLINT survey.
@1crb+1qo0jhqM : how did they contact you ? if it's anonymous :) ...
I have used it anonymously
I used this service at my last company after experiencing inappropriate stories from those in power at drinks.
You will be contacted by the company’s attorneys to clarify all points submitted.
