Will you please just think about the Management bonus for a moment. Switch parts cost money. If they spend that money on switch parts, it will cut into their bonus. You guys will just have to make do with the run through switches.

Conway is full of dangerous new conductors who fu-k things up daily and run switches like there is no tomorrow. Rumor is M&W are running out of switch parts and they won't let them order more. Matter of time until a new guy gets ki-led in Conway.

Conway is definitely one of the safest yards. Management is very receptive of all safety concerns from all employees and resolves them quickly and accurately. Daily they do everything to make the employees feel welcome and cared about as well.
