Was at a holiday gathering yesterday and we got into a conversation regarding insurance costs since a few of us were known to work in the industry. Some of them starting talking about how they had Allstate and and how much they were paying now after the mass premium increases in the western areas. The parties included live in Arizona and California. I openly told them about the horrors of Transformative Growth, their pricing schemes, poor claims handling, and the terrible culture and mindset of Allstate leadership brining our company to a laughable status. All say they are going to start looking at alternative carriers ASAP as they already started thinking about that due to the mass increases in their premiums for all their policies. All in al three auto policies with multiple vehicles and drivers, two home policies, a renters policy, and two motorcycle policies all soon to be moved to a lower premium, more professionally ran company and away from the madness and horrors of Allstate. I asked them to spread the word as no friends, family, and overall consumers should be spending their hard earned money with this abomination.

I think many have done that. My family members were getting ki-led on Allstates prices and then also had one claim where the service was horrendous but they had been with the same agent for years. Finally talked them into shopping around and their price is half what AS was charging.

I was pi---d off over the rate hikes last year, jumped to SF and saved a bunch of money, that was until my renewal last week, talk about a jump I am back to paying what I did with Allstate! I talked to one of the staff at the office and she said that is what has been going on, lower rates when you sign up then get a rate hike on renewal. Oh and I had to go in to get that answer, the staff have been getting so many calls they aren't able to return them all and of course the agent has been avoiding the office.
No matter where you go you are going to pay one way or another.
You do not have to look far to hear how most consumers are disgusted with Allstate Sears Kmart. Yep bye bye Allstate. Just like your corporate cousins. Really is a shame but that’s what happens when you don’t have a decent soul and are ignorant to wisdom and good advise. Allstate management is a stinking pile that will be flushed soon. Too many lies and lots of deceptive ways. Won’t make it in the new economy.

I think all of these anti-Allstate posts are made by competing insurance companies looking to lure away experienced employees. Please don’t fall for this nonsense. Mr Wilson is doing a wonder job running this fine company.
