For now tethered and lost in the smoke, mirrors and bottomless expense of Decision Science...until, that is, the economy takes a sharp downswing.
No layoffs. Unattainable goals and compliance expectations..they make work miserable…AMEX relies on attrition to avert being in the news for layoffs.
New headquarters in India … seems like the jobs are headed there.
Yes but it's never the tenured long term employees that leave. They have too much to lose by resigning.
It’s apparent that Amex does not want to layoff its employees in order to avert paying severance. The way they do it is through attrition. They make it miserable for their employees so they resign.
