Any Testing roles or all removed?
Allstate let me go today, with a 90 day severance + 2 weeks per worked year, saw it coming the insurance business is been in bad shape, su-ks, but I never complain about any company I worked for, they all have teach me something good and nothing lasts forever.
I would like to know how many others where impacted.
I got laid off last year. Totally blindsided. My advice I give to everyone is to update your resume. Brush up on interviewing skills
It was just announced that the DTO (digital transformation office) is being eliminated. Some folks will be moved while others will be gone. No announcements yet on who is eliminated. I for one I’ve been with the company for almost 26 years. I am holding on for that severance package because I know it’s just too good to leave early. However, really looking forward to seeing the package but working one day at a time.
When will they layoff Managers who work remotely from home since the pandemic . Their allowed to travel and work.Work from one state to another.

Of course. It is Allstate and they hate the onshore employees. They will continue to cut as many as they can and move the roles to their savages in foreign countries making 1/4 of what U.S. employees make. All to up the inflated underserved bottom lines of Wilson and his brown nosing incompetent goons.
Since 2019, it's been a consistent trending of Transformative Growth. YOU should expect there to be layoffs, reorganization, downsizing every quarter as this Dumpster Fire 🔥 on a train track barreling into oblivion at warp speed is going to continue to be colossal disaster leaving carnage and wreckage along it's path. LEAVE WHEN YOU CAN. Don't stick it out with the hopes that there maybe a severance package. You could be missing out on something far better, in the interim of hoping for crumbs, all the while further subjecting yourself to stress, trauma, ptsd. There is life and opportunities far greater than anything allsnake can or will ever be able to offer ever again. Allsnake and their employees are nothing more than a cohabitation in a narcissistic relationship
Do your job. If you don't like your work, environment, company - look elsewhere. It's not hard. I get it, you want "a package" but at what cost? If you hate going to work every day, find another job that lights you up. You can do it. No amount of money or severance is worth going to he-l every day. All the best to everyone in 2024!
