Frequent layoffs and reorgs. Selling Investments. Should pull out of EMEA but CEO enjoys London, Paris, UAE. Could be a very profitable Asia LATAM company that has exited US and EMEA.
The mass migration to offshore is expected to result in a 10-20% reduction onshore over the next 1-2 years. You can see this transformation in leadership happening now. Start looking elsewhere now while you have time.
Lots moving off shore. Hard to imagine that won't result in head count reduction in US
