What if your laid off , come back ( within
a year) but get laid off again ? How does the severance work the second time around ? Anybody experience this? Just don't want to come back with the risk of it happening again TIA

Thanks poster @1pnm+1qiLAlYx. I had many people tell they were RiF'ed a couple of times, but never knew the details. I suppose that can happen anywhere. Just doesn't seem like that's what I would want to experience again. I had a very long 40 years there, and the way things are going I may stay away . blessings
If your service date was bridged, which it would be if you return within a year, you will qualify as you did round 1. There is the differential in base weeks for job grade up to 13 vs 14+. Happened to one os my coworkers back in 2019. She was part of a RIF, came back and our entire team was eliminated 6 months later.
