Has anyone else who was layed-off by Suncor been contacted requesting a reimbursement? HR claims that the employer portion of contribution to ER Savings was made in error and they want it back.

ER was what was printed on the pay slip.
Not familiar with “ER”. Is that for U.S. employees? Or is this the DB or Suncor Savings Plan (SSP)?
That’s a bunch of baloney!!! Whoever made that wrong computation and whoever approved it should be both fired. It was a serious error!
