Many of us were terming T-Mobile as "The New Sprint" two years ago.
T-Mobile is the old Sprint wrapped in Magenta. The same old players are still here; they were just laying low for a while. Now they are back at the forefront pushing their Sprint agenda....lay off people and replace them with contractors. At the head of it all is Ulf, who wants more than ever to reestablish the Sprint mindset. But, he is doing it through his underlings via non-trackable communications. Said underlings are doing his bidding and have engaged former Sprint directors to assist in it all!
Scary how many of you don’t understand basic corporate finance. No wonder why you were let go.
This is the year TMO sells off the remainder of Sprint facilities. End of the line.
We can probably save a lot more by offshoring any job that can be done remotely. This will save billions for the shareholders.
"A deal is a deal."
Everyone is crying about this, but T-Mobile was desperate to acquire Sprint back when the deal was struck.
So Son delayed the demise of Sprint by 13 years and us now taking down T-MOBILE. Awesomeness.
the 8 billion to softbank offsets the 7 billion son lost when wework went belly up.
Oh Please get realistic, if Son hadn't purchased 71% of Sprint in 2008, it would have gone bankrupt due to its inept handling of the Nextel acquisition. You don't just write off 29 billion dollars of value. Sprint committed su----e.
Wow. Who would have guessed this got timed just before the end of the 2023 fiscal year. Osvaldick sure is looking out for Mikey's share value...
They manipulated the price to stay at +$150 so they could get Son (and his buddy Claure') their shares. Son now has 5% control...so he and Marcelo can eff up another company.
Yup! All that canceled RSU + stock buybacks leading up to this.
