Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Support Su-ks

I am done working for the Hyperion Support team. This has one of the worst leadership who is biased. There has been nothing done so far and all we do is to react to escalations and follow what other teams are doing even if it does not make sense. We are being asked to work like dogs. We see some self proclaimed managers in India who are technical guys and have no management experience and they treat people like slaves. It’s disgusting. People working for this team please comment about your opinion. I will be quitting soon and will damn escalate all these issues to top leadership MS, HR and HR .

The important thing is that you are enjoying your Oracle tenure.

If you CHOOSE to stay at Oracle And be a doormat, then you deserve what you get.

Intelligent people do the right thing and leave. Fools are the ones who stay.

Moving around to another position is pointless, you are locked into that salary. You could go get a new position that is 40x your current workload with people making 3x your salary and your salary Will Not Change. You gotta fu--ing quit, only way out of that he-l hole and make a current market salary.

if you are not given raises or RSUs for 2 years back to back , its an indication that they do not consider you important enough. Move on and find another group you can work with or move to a different company

It isn't just Hyperion. EBS, Fusion and OCI have same problem. No raises. Return to office, etc.
