Same thing is happening at my company cause no one with PhD wants to work for 150K. Only the visa worker will take whatever they can get to stay in the country until they get to the third stage of their green card processing. Every company in USA is doing the same thing. But the issue is with the USA gov't and not with the person who is trying to make a living. If you want to change this, then go VOTE!
