I know if my local branch voted to unionize, First thing I'd do is remove all the contents of my safety deposit box(employee discount or not).
I don't want to be without access should the poor dears go out on the picket line. and get what available cash there is before they don't get re-filled.
and remember, if there is a strike, people aren't going to be peeved at the bank, they'll be upset with the precious dears preventing them access to loans and their stuff.

Not in 2024, not in five years, not in your lifetime! Unions are a thing of the past. You have a better chance of improving whatever time you have left as an employee with WF if you just realize this, get over the denials, accept it, and get on with whatever function it is that you perform to justify whatever salary and benefits you are receiving. Posting the constant stream of unionization nonsense here only makes more obvious your fear of layoff has affected your better judgement.
Please, come back to reality, enjoy the holiday season however you celebrate, look forward to the start of 2024, and begin a fresh start.

Strength and safety in numbers. All branches unite and unionize. The bigger the union, the more power they will have to advance/protect employee benefits and work environments. Think about why WF is dead set against unionization. They are out for themselves. That alone should make you think twice. WF protects WF, you need to prioritize and protect YOU.
