Is it true that the finance team of 200 got laid off and that they have to train their India replacements until Jan 2nd or risk losing their severance? Does anyone have proof they can provide?

CDW has lost any positive work culture and more disturbing they care nothing about their employees. It will be "interesting" to see the bonuses executive receive for 2023 results.
Yes, it's true. About 120 Finance coworkers were told their positions were being outsourced to India in Oct. Many of the positions were in AP/AR. They did have to train their replacements. My friend was affected, but was able to find another position within CDW. There was not a big announcement like the layoffs that occurred in April.

Yes it is true. They are keeping some in the US and rest is in India. My friend was laid off Jan 2nd.
