after the shitshow that Salvino and his cronies created especially at FDS with all the head reductions, the hard work begins for the Leadership Team, Moral was at an all time low, with no pay rises , no overtime, etc add onto that now the extra work people have to do picking up the slack from their departed colleague's, then moral will be below rock bottom. DXC & FDS is not a good place to be atm

We will start all over again with some new useless strategy. We are an ocean liner lost in the sea, some are in the engine room while a bunch of guys are in the executive suites raking in the moolah.

The company can't even do the free things. No end of year thank you. A few stock people who've never met me sending out bland e-card does not count! It doesn't respect what people do. It doesn't seem to care and nobody's trusted. We all feel we're being setup to fail so they can save paying redundancy or hope we'll quit with stress. Well ha - we're all still here playing the company at it own game, typing it up in it's own stupid paperwork.

Moral was at an all time low, thats funny. moral can't go any lower. Thats why I quit last January. Got my 401K match which I had paid in the maximum allowed by law by June 2022 just in case I was WFR before then.
If your staying at DXC it's your own fault, you must be over 55 and just waiting out retirement. If your young and a go getter, you would leave if you can find something else
