A new call center is a waste of money. It just means more layoffs to pay for it.
I suspect The Lord has decided AI can handle the volume of inquiries expected to be covered by this project, hence, the project is cancelled.
Why would they open a call center in Dallas when they closed the Frisco call center over 10 years ago after a few years of being open?
