Elliott needs to look at who's running the ship. There are people in place that have no idea how to run a Fiber company. Some work at Crown that run Google Fiber into the ground. Some are bullies to make up for their lack of leadership and technical background. Elliott, take a close look at who is in charge. Crown hires by race and s-x instead of by resume.

Can we start by getting rid of the dead weight CISO? He's useless.
They think that because there is no lawsuit currently it has gone unnoticed. It has been noticed and will be addressed.
They took BM's board seat. Good riddance. The fiber strategy was actually his vision, not JB's, but JB was put in place to execute it. Elliott is happy with the shedding of dead weight on the tower side and now they will do the same with fiber after they put a valuation on it.
Elliot has no intention of looking at mgt and bringing in anyone. They are only going to deal in numbers. If this was the case they would’ve made the two new directors be a fiber person. They are looking to sell it all. You job is gone update your resume.
