The lack of a bonus in claims is mind boggling. They continue to employ people that work a three hour day because their pay is maxed out. And that’s probably the average adjuster.

Let's not forget that'll be taxable at the bonus rate since it's in addition to your regular salary. Between the taxes and inflation your $10 gift card ends up being about three bucks.
I’m still shocked they get away with not paying employees a bonus. Encourages people to be comfortable and not push themselves to perform.
Take 20% of someone’s base pay and give them a 25% bonus target - willing to bet you’ll be more effective in getting rid of the employees that don’t perform and will keep those that do.
i think the cheapness of the "gift" has to do with how much A..state will be paying employees they intentionally stole from by misclassifying employees so please enjoy your $10 which is all they can afford right now

While the $10 is insulting we did get a choice between Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Pretty sad considering what the higher ups get. Although probably not wise for your areas to be that away about free money, regardless of how little and somewhat insulting it may be.
