We can’t implement an internal website with a decent search feature. Good luck with AI solving WellBore issues and equipment failures in plants. With that said if your just pushing paper or do not have technical skills in the core business that directly makes the company money, I would sharpen up your CV

Considering how much of HR and Finance has been outsourced to 3rd world countries already, this is not too far-fetched. Anything MW can do to turn a profit, he will do. Anything that turns employees into mindless drones, he will do.
