Understaff overworked they need to understand that with the frontline is the people that make everything happen day to day operations.

Listen to your employees AND solve the problem. You are so high up that you can't empathize with the workers on the front line we are the ones who contribute to the sales. Without us, it would NOT be a YOU.

we had a sick call out in Phx and it did nothing
