Well, we see how well overseas customer service is, they transfer everything to sales or licensed service to handle. Basically, just switchboard operators. Great investment guys! Another great idea to “save money”.

Anyone really surprised? Claims and other areas knew 2024 was going to bring more layoffs Areas knew it was coming last fall for early 2024. Sounds like Tommy gave notices of notices.

I got the same thing out of Wilson in what he said. What areas are yet to be hit for eliminating jobs that would make the most "bang for the buck"? A lot of areas are already down to skeleton level U.S. employees with the rest India and offshore vendors. Claims seems like it has the most to move overseas yet as of current.

But yes, it seems "Transformation" is still underway.
