Well, we see how well overseas customer service is, they transfer everything to sales or licensed service to handle. Basically, just switchboard operators. Great investment guys! Another great idea to “save money”.
Anyone else from Allstate looking forward to the new Swift release?
Is Allstate selling Swift’s new album
Did he promote Taylor Swift’s new album though
Tom wouldn't do that, he's a super nice guy!
Did he mention the new Swift album?
Anyone really surprised? Claims and other areas knew 2024 was going to bring more layoffs Areas knew it was coming last fall for early 2024. Sounds like Tommy gave notices of notices.
"Digital" is pretty clear that employees are being cut at some point.
I got the same thing out of Wilson in what he said. What areas are yet to be hit for eliminating jobs that would make the most "bang for the buck"? A lot of areas are already down to skeleton level U.S. employees with the rest India and offshore vendors. Claims seems like it has the most to move overseas yet as of current.
But yes, it seems "Transformation" is still underway.
It was a broad statement about going “digital” to reduce expenses, but he did say this.
