this North Star malarkey is all talk and no action. The company cannot execute. It's all smoke and mirrors. I can tell you this. Montana is messed up. I'm certain this is the case for other markets. While Lumen may never file bankruptcy it will be lost in the wilderness for years to come. it has no plan to retire legacy technology, grow markets or achieve even a standard of mediocrity. Lumen is the Sears and Roebuck of telecommunications.

Your 100% correct. The Nov layoffs were easily the most secret I have ever seen at this company. The people let go were truly some of the best. The only explanation would be that they were given packages they were really good or contained good incentives and of course NDA(s) saying you must keep this all secret. How is that good for the company? I have no idea.
That’s not the only reason. She pushed Dare to Lead down employees throats, claiming to want to transform the company through trust, vulnerability, and transparency. The layoffs that occurred in Nov. were none of those things. The underhanded way the impacted employees were chosen was devious and broke the trust a thousands. They let some of their best and top performers go. The remnant reports that the company still hasn’t recovered operationally.
