Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

No more Celestica?

Mississauga transitioning back to Honeywell in 2025. Tucson’s contract expires in 2027, but will both companies agree to end the experiment early? If yes, what happens to Tucson as Honeywell? Generators to Tempe, check. Triumph is building next gen APU’s and controllers, just give them HTF controllers too? Move Cabin to Tempe (pumps ordered a while back), move Quartz and Advanced to Kansas?

Canada is cutting off the supply of foreign permatemps, so hiring electronics sweatshop workers will become difficult. Those who offshored crapped the bed and are now realizing their idiocy.

They had a meeting with the very small group left in Tucson. They said the Tucson contract doesn’t come up for 3 years and they have no intention at this time.

Pricing, no doubt. Will cost a pretty penny to bring back. Employees aren’t even Honeywell anymore. So much for the divorce-is-not-an-option fantasy.
