Why is the town hall at an unsociable hour. Literally 3/4 of the global work force won’t be able to attend it.

DXC is a US company so the global town hall is done during US working hours. If you don’t like it the. listen to the replay !
No answers will be given to the multiple questions on when merit increases will be handed out and why they are doing billion dollars for stock buybacks rather then giving something to all the hard working beats their goals employees’

We looking at the di--o - sorry Slido using our Platform infused AI (again sorry!) - AI infused Platform-X-X and found out most of the Pay rise questions were coming from people like Remiswamy-mudalpalli-roy-krissnamurthy-kaveta-etc. Obviously all Indian sounding names and our AI gave that precious info (no AI hallucinations here), so it was decided to have the next townhole when you guys are deep asleep. We also pretty much know that Americas will not ask any tough questions, cause they get only 2 weeks pay if we chop them and they will not get a job elsewhere and would be scared to rise their voice. We just need them as frontend when we BS to prospective customers.
This may sound little harsh, but do a soul searching and you will agree.
