Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC is a untrusted company

DXC holds no trust in industry. The customers know that the employees are not been paid year on year and are struggling
financially, whilst the top VPs and management layers are taking the money for thier luxuries. Employees leaving resulting in the destruction of customer relationships.

The message to the Analysts on the Street is that they are making millions in Free Cash Flow and the opposite message to staff that there is no Cash. Total contradiction and lies.

The last leader was dropped after Vegas meet up without explanation causing the share price to drop. The share price has declined form $90+ to $20.

Mergers deals have been falsely rejected on the basis of value, yet no incremental value has been delivered in the business.

Customers are voting voting with thier feet and the business shrinks due to poor management and unfair practices.

Poor products like Platform X are being packaged falsely as AI.

The list goes on....

The new chief has a lot to change if trust is to be returned and any sign of stabilization.

I can't wait to be transferred. A new company will do what DXC should have done all along. Or they won't and it'll be just as bad, but I want to try the other grass!

The new providers will roll out their modern systems and processes. Tools to get work into a team and track it, and then collaborate, store and manipulate documents and code across the wider organisation.

They will sweep away our management, and show how it could have been done all along.

They might even implement a grade system so the senior staff actually care about showing the juniors. Because it's in everyone's interest.

Given the actions of the DXC Integrity bozos, why would any employee trust the company. Why ask for feedback if anyone who said a bad thing about the pointless mandatory training will be being spoken to. What a messed up company
