If you are laid off and you are to get the severance+WARN yada…yada…and as I have seen on this board, Citi dragging their feet on the payouts…. I assume its to encourage you to take just any job at all, which in turn stops the severance+WARN payouts, which by the way never took place.
Could you sue Citi after the fact for dragging their feet+stress+punitive damages?
and if you could….
Would it be best to cash in part of your 401K to live off of, then sue Citi for dragging their feet+the 401K cashin+taxes you pay on it+stress\punitive damages?
Does anyone have any or seen any such experience of this?
