Check out the other companies on this website before you start applying anywhere. It looks like a bunch of them are going through the same things we are. Make a smart choice. Consider some medium or even small companies if you are looking for a better culture and environment. Just my 2 cents.

I couldn't agree more. I assumed NM was a great place to work but it turned out to be the worst place I've ever worked. Hopefully other potential employees read these comments, they deserve to know what is going on. I moved on and it turns out the grass is much greener on the other side. Better pay, better work life balance, better manager and no corporate politics. Good luck to all.
i made the mistake of putting nm on a pedestal before and when i was hired. never again with any company ever. you are just a number and can be removed or replaced at any time - even with high performance.
also: if you are battling the games by your m4 and above you have to either accept and live with it or leave the company. it doesn't get better; don't stress yourself out thinking it will or that you're the problem.
