Fernendaz - does he have time to rescue DXC?

Here’s a list of the things Raul is involved with. Can he really devote enough time to the DXC basket case?

Mr. Fernandez joined the Broadcom Board of Directors in January 2020. Mr. Fernandez has served as Vice Chairman and owner of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, a private partnership that co-owns the National Basketball Association’s Washington Wizards, the National Hockey League’s Washington Capitals, the Women’s National Basketball Association’s Washington Mystics and the Wizards District Gaming NBA 2K team and co-owns and operates the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, since 2010. He is a Special Advisor to and a Limited Partner of Carrick Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and a member of the Strategic Advisory Board and a Limited Partner of Volition Capital, a growth equity firm + CEO of DXC - full time.

He should have enough time, because we have given him proper WBS codes. He can book his time in dxc time, eTITS etc.

Don't think he does have the time, his been in post nearly 2 months and worked out Mary is not up to it but dine nothing about it so far.

Mikey challenged before he left that his Finchy would milk it after he left, by now Raul should be stepping up to the challenge by announcing her replacement as there will be a notice period of pay.

This will be the First proof if Mikey is still controlling things and whether Raul has the time to change things.

Well if what he had done for DXC since being a director is any indicator of what he does for all of the others he "sits on the board of" (aka takes a big wedge of cash for literally nothing) then he's got plenty of spare time.
