Anyone here can share what if Oracle offers health insurance as part of the severance package? Mine doesn’t include health insurance so just want to know if what I’m being offered is fare

Unfortunately, Cobra is expensive. Especially for a family.

If you are in this boat make sure you understand how COBRA works. You need to pay for it within a certain amount of time otherwise you get dropped. So really, you could sign up, then if you find you didn't have any health issues during that time just don't pay and let them drop you. At least you'd get a couple of months insurance. Look into the details for yourselves.
Most packages include one month of paid health insurance through COBRA. You can continue to pay COBRA after that or find something else.
Someone said earlier that SEC man takes no action himself and they are right. He incites others to do things for him. I suspect the reason is so that he has something to trade when the feds knock on his door. What he trades could be you. The worse you do for him, the more likely he can trade you. There will be no loyalty. He doesn’t need you except to trade.

Yep - unlike other big tech companies, Oracle is very cheap with layoff packages. Cobra is your only option, and it's pretty awful.
Would advise you hop on your spouse's insurance or see if you can get Obamacare while you look for work. Note on the latter if you made a decent paycheck at Oracle, that likely won't be cheap either but may be better vs Cobra, so worth evaluating.
