HR is "Claiming" no one is allowed to talk.
Even though it's against the law to silence people. Severance or no severance. Avaya can't tell us we can't talk.
received some good bye emails from USA employees. Looks like another round has started.
Taking place now. US and non South American and Indian employees
My " Manager " who is even an MD of a region doesn't listen to VM or read emails because he's too busy...............
This week
Managers ONLY manage up and for self preservation. Never a team.
Manager? Last 5 years I worked for Avaya my "manager" was a manager in name only. Never met in person, I'd get an annoying phone call or email now and then.
What will the managers do if there are more?
Manage each other?
