You just realized this? The “mission” has taken a backseat for a long time now. How many vet have we been sc--wing? I lost count. I don’t believe a word coming from the EMGs. They are all in cahoots to make their wallet fatter. Remember Wes? USAA treated him like cr-p.

USAA Bank has been taking larger fraud losses than much larger banks, including Bank of America, for a few years now. Antiquated systems plus overly open policies have created a terrible challenge the bank is trying to work through and likely is putting pressure on the ability to resolve fraud cases quickly and fairly. If the military can’t trust USAA, who can?
