All of a sudden in the past week there are a ton of jobs posted by Centene on LinkedIn. Including 4 state marketing manager jobs. Never seen that before. I'm a former WellCare person packaged out in 2020 so no interest in coming back but after all the layoffs and business losses it's surprising. Downgrades? DEI hires? Ghost jobs? Huh?

2024 budgets are beginning to finalize, so roles will open and "DEI jobs" isn't a thing. They'll open a role because the budget is there. If a DEI candidate is almost as good as the other qualified candidates and can check a box, sure, they're open to it, but they're not creating a job solely for that purpose.
The DEI guy again trying to sneak his racism in this time. 4 years later and you are watching and posting about your old place of employment?! Ha!
