Pay and upcoming Town Hall

Hopefully Raul will be announcing a pay hike in the Town Hall. None of this "if we do well in the year we may give a raise" as they have just done a quarter results and they have annohnced the EPS and other turnover forecasts for the year, they know what they will produce. Any "wait and see" means nothing has changed from lies of Salvino and the recent lie from Finchy on the last call. Finchy is gone so her opinion doesn't matter. Employees are fed up and will be voting big on slide like the last town hall.

stop already it’s like a broken record. If you find another job that pays better than do it if you can’t and you deserve the pay, you’re already getting your job that you’re paid for and shut the duck up already.

Raul is worth a couple of hundred millions of dollars. Is he in touch with the reality of the ordinary workers financial situation? Does he wear a coat in his home office to save money on the heating? I think not.

We do not want the offshore guys asking tough questions regarding pay and increases - hence we chose the timing when you folks are deep asleep!

US guys, no offence, are busy drinking beer, playing golf and debating whether to go for Haley or drumpf or Biden. No time for dxc or to ask for payrise.

Traditionally and I admit stereotypically our American colleagues are more sycophantic to our glorious leaders, and it's often left to us cynical Europeans to ask the awkward questions. I can't help wonder if this is why there is only one town hall time slot and why the time is only suitable for the Americas?
I know there will be a replay but it almost certainly means less inconvenient questions to ignore.

I very much doubt you are going to hear anything about pay on the next Global Town Hall. It’s is only scheduled for 30 mins and will probably only to confirm Raul’s appointment as CEO and the Q3 results. So don’t expect anything ground breaking.

Unfortunately the only thing that is making any kind of financial positivity is the depressed employee pay. If they suddenly turned round and paid everyone anything approaching market rates the whole thing would collapse.

They've dug themselves into a hole of their own making and I think it's impossible to climb back out.

Cash generated is for share buybacks and for paying VP's SVP's and other execs.

When we turn around and generate positive revenue and growth, employees will be able to get their salary increases.

The reason DXC has such positive Free Cash Flow is because they are holding wages down, have eliminated offices, and WFR’d higher paid workers. FCF is cash left after paying salaries, rent, and other in quarter operating expenses. They aren’t generating cash from more sales. Growth is down. Profits may be up a little. M2 and the rest of the board know exactly what they are doing and unfortunately it’s on the backs of good employees. They are not sharing and without real growth they will never be in position to reward employees. Problem is in punishing employees they have ki-led their growth engine.

The management know from the last Town Hall that all the top questions were on pay. If the issue is not addressed now then the company is going to get fuwked.

Enough is enough people can't survive on years of non pay increases and broken promises when inflation has put up the prices on food, energy, and all other costs. Families and dependents need to survive.

You can't make $800 million free cash flow and say you don't have any money for the workers who are generating it.

Raul of all men should understand people's situations. Let's hope he understands.
