whats are PIPs called now at F5?
They’re no longer called PIPs, but yes, in practice you can be on a “PIP” with HR involved for an underperformance or other negligence related incident. My team and I are wondering if PIPs will be encouraged in the future for failure to adhere to the RTO policy.
