DO ANY SENIOR LEADERS GIVE A SH-T ABOUT ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES WHO WORK PART TIME JOBS NOW JUST TO AFFORD THE BASICS?

Why would any company care about your duties somewhere else. Does your part time location sell egg McMuffins all day?
The answer is no, they don't care about you or your ability to provide for your family. They only care about their own positions and bonuses. The closest caring I've seen from these things are hires from nepotism... oHH yea!! in that case watch them fall over each other to score their points with the mother or father who is in upper management. You hear stuff like all corporations don't care and it's this way all over, and it may be the same to some degree but I do think that this company is one of the worst.
It's a massive multi national corporation. What do you expect?
Try living within your means. It works for millions.
This company doesn't care about their employees period.
But sounds like you need to spend less on your fancy iphone, 2024 model vehicle, and french nails and live within your means.
Did you get a payout? Because otherwise you accepted a position at a salary.
No reason to bi--h that you either have a no skill job or live outside your means.
