Guys, get over it. I love WFH as much as anyone, but in reality people who NEVER interact in person are angrier and more disconnected from their teammates. Not to mention young, incoming workers need to learn from those with experience. The whining isn't going to change anything.
What do you think it's supposed to do ?
And what is that supposed to do?
So technically wouldn't HR now know who posts on this board based on who calls in sick tomorrow?
More like a post that was written by someone who understands the never ending struggles of the working class, and knows how to settle the score, and how to get the attention of the do nothing fat cats called management.
This post sounds like it was written by a teenager who works at Mickey D's. Grow up. If you hate your job make a career change.
Oh look HR bot is here commenting. Scarring you from taking sick time like it’s their damn business. How about you make it your business to not run the company down to the ground and stick up for employees for once.
Hey, to all the professional couch potatoes who've turned calling out into their new hobby maybe it's time to consider a career change? Like, from banking to blanket burrito rolling? I bet the only thing you're aspiring to grow is your collection of sick day excuses.
I’ve seen two employee get fired for attendance. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to keep your job…
Can I spread the word to non U.S. bank employees?
