Anyone know the projected date for Q4 bonus payout? With earnings call coming this week, will it be next pay day, Feb 16?

The payout date may vary by practice, but my Q4 bonus was in the Direct Deposit that just posted tonight.
its not on the current paystub. just looked at mine, its most likely next paycheck.
Check your pay stubs. Your Q4 bonus should be paid out tomorrow.
I was told March 1
Last year, Q4 bonuses were paid on March 3.
I know it’s a stressful time for everybody, but let’s keep it civil we’re all professionals. It’s tough not knowing what’s around the corner and even tougher for those who’ve been let go already.
The merit for your performance review should be on the March 15th check.

Tell me that you don't pay attention to company financials without telling me you don't pay attention to company financials. Nobody is saying that Q4 bonuses won't get paid out, you cuck. What was stated is to not expect as much of a bonus due to a decline in company performance.
Bonuses were part of the 2023 compensation - and were allegedly tied in part to individual performance. If Q4 bonuses aren’t paid out, in addition to top performers leaving, CDW will get sued.
And to the management stooge in here spouting bullsh-t about being “grateful to have a job,” I hope your future several package is short and your period of unemployment long.

i thought it wasnt end til march? can someone confirm?
Whenever it is, I'll be grateful for whatever I receive because I'm grateful to just have a job in this economy but I wouldn't expect a big bonus. It wouldn't surprise me if the Q4/EOY bonus and annual merit increase are bundled together.
It should be the last payday in Feb - the 16th
I think it will be march 1st but who knows now.
