They had cuts on 1/25/2024. On that same day, they posted how they are going to "celebrate Elite Employees" in ST. THOMAS. The week before, CEO posting about Quality when they don't have enough personnel to deliver the basics. And the week of cuts, something about Unity and working together.

Sales are cut throat there. Telling truths without being fully transparent. People taking each other's sales while some manager is on your back about being 30 seconds off the phone. Bad for your health.
If you want a role that involves those incentives, go join sales. Overall their compensation structure sounds like sh-t to me so I'll pass even if it means I'm not in the running to go to a tropical island... with my coworkers? oh boy?? The only people jealous of that are frat boys who peaked 20+ years ago
