What can we expect? I work in care management and of course there are a lot of questions among our staff. Would be interesting to hear what the rumor mill is pumping out about the transition that may inform what kind of choices we make as far moving over or looking at different prospects.

We have a lot of employees @ HCSC who likes and expects to work from home.
Ummmm you realize we also have a shadowy cabal of board members at HCSC, right? Packed with Halliburton and Big Oil types. Big companies always do this and are very incestuous w/ those board members.
The benefits at HCSC are great. Company funded pension, for one. You won't miss having a share price when you're accountable to a shadowy cabal of a board who give out just enough bonuses that nobody asks too many questions.
