Tell dell we should all rate how likely are you to recommend dell as a place to work. I'm doing 0. I have rated high for my manager but they tie that score to your leader for a reason. Not naive at all. Work was an outcome. Now it is a place. There is fat to trim, but honest, dedicated, loyal employees are now caught in the crossfire. And gone are the days of not feeling like a number. What's funny is that Dell used to work really hard to make you not feel like a number. This is a macro level play to offshore, and replace existing population with entry level. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Genuinely saddened by all of this, I’m at the company well over a decade and this is really the first time I feel like I’m just a number, maybe I’ve just been incredibly lucky or naive until now, but it looks like this effectively ends my career progression and puts me at high risk for being disposed of in future re-orgs, it’s really sinking in now it’s official news and not just speculation.
