It’s not even funny! It keeps getting more toxic as the days go by.

What department?
I'd love to hear the business strategy to eliminate an entire department, only to reopen it internally 3 years later. Sounds like impulsive and uncalculated decisions by an unstable management team.
Interesting that the posts about Cactus land have been deleted.
The west has always been a disaster.
Fiber is still a drag on our financials. This new EMT hasn't corrected anything. And don't mention closing Cannonsburg. That place should've been closed a long time ago. Keeping it open will prove to be a mistake.
“There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.”

Some of you people will never be satisfied. The Company Conversation yesterday was refreshing and was way less stuffy and scripted than when the other nincompoops were running them. Everything Tony has done so far has been the right move for a company almost destroyed by his predecessor. If you don't want to be here anymore and solve problems, leave. No one is making you stay. It you choose to not quit and find something that brings you more peace and joy, that's on you. Not Crown. This place has put everyone through the ringer but the right steps have been taken to correct a lot of the toxic waste that has lingered here for years. If you want to keep complaining after a complete reversal and apology tour by the EMT you'll be part of the problem moving forward.
Gotta be honest because I’ve posted a lot of angry comments on this site in the past. I thought TM did a decent job yesterday, the new guy E seems positive, and TA seems good too. I’ll never trust this company again but considering where we were a month ago and for several months prior to that I’m pretty surprised we are where we are today. 72% is far better than I ever imagined we’d get.
Do I want to be here anymore? Not really, but the reality is we all need a pay check. I appreciate that the interim guy seems to at least have his compass working now. I’m sure I’ll get down voted a zillion times for saying something positive. But hey, if we don’t say what we think is true what’s the point? The way this site has quieted down makes me think a lot of folks probably agree.
I can’t wait for the purple flag waivers to get laid off. I’m going to rub it in their faces.
Use up your vac if you live in a state that doesn't require CC to pay out upon leaving. Find a new job and line up your start date for after when you collect your bonus. Give yourself a buffer of about a week after the check clears so they can't claw it back, then bail. Whether or not you give your two weeks is up to you, its not a requirement.
Don’t keep complaining. Leave!
And yet, you remain working there letting them su-k the joy from your soul.
