I’m sorry for those that lost their jobs. I’m sorry for those that are overwhelmed and overworked. We have all watched this company disintegrate over the past few years. Those of us that were let go a year ago have been telling you all to leave! There IS life after Follett! How long are you going to stay??

I don't feel sorry for them. I might if they didn't tell us we deserved to be fired because we were useless, old and set in our ways. They were running around bragging about their raises and being salary. How did that work out for you?
Yes Leave!!! So Glad I left Follett! Life and work is so much better. So much less stress. Follett is a toxic work environment. There is life after Follett. People will hire you. Get those resumes updated and apply to you find something.
