Does anyone actually know if a company would buy windstream? Any rumors of them selling?

Seems to be some truth to that. A few years ago I ran into the same thing when TT kicked me to the curb. I’ve been contracting ever since and it is a lot better. Love it when I get the cutovers they contract out, takes all day$$
The problem most of us that have any longevity here are finding is when you put Windstream on your résumé people are not rushing to speak with you about any job. I have several applications in and resume posted but nothing yet
Just what deal was made or was going to be made with Wholesale ?
And why would that be a deal breaker if TT and buddy where not there
We ,all on here just guess whats going on, myself included
I would not buy a car with no motor or wheels unless it was a very rare car worth the money to put back together
you can buy the car but someone else owns the wheels and motor
with out both you can not drive the car
I wish everyone well a lot or not most of us have 25+ years in this
If we never had to posted on this site LIFE WOULD BE GREAT
Wholesale deal fell through for some reason. I heard that is the main reason TT was fired. Company split with Uniti really depresses value. Especially since the IRS closed the tax loophole that made it beneficial the year after.
My thought is, tighten up the systems (somehow? magic?) and then go public again.
Heard Helen Keller was interested
president of wholesale now at Colt
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley were approached about auctioning Wholesale almost a year ago.
Of course, we don't talk about things. And the president of Wholesale tapped out last month.

This company is the lemon on the car lot that was pushed to the “buy it as is terms. “ Once any potential buyer looks under the hood they will notice a huge old oil leak- known as poor leadership at every level. And the transmission is slipping- that’s the horrendous morale. Let’s not forget the dry rotted tires too - this is the outdated plant with too much copper and antique equipment.
No fiber no sale. Uniti will try if Windstream hits bankruptcy again because they need Windstream to survive.
Unlikely in its current condition with fractured systems and sloppy records. Probably why new ceo has declared quality is job #1 to polish those things up for a potential suitor.
No ROI that can be determined.
